Flatlanders Art Galleries proudly presents Andrew Buck in an exhibition of his recent work. Andrew Buck has been involved with photography for over 30 years. First exhibiting in Western Massachusetts and Syracuse, New York, he has continued to exhibit in the Northeast since the early1970’s. He was a member of the founding board of Directors of LightWork in Syracuse. His work has won many awards and is in numerous private and corporate collections. In 1995, he was awarded a Connecticut Commission on the Arts Individual Artist Fellowship. Since the mid 1970’s, when he returned to Connecticut, his work has focused primarily on the man-made and man-altered landscape of Connecticut. This new body of work, begun in 2002, has focused on similar aspects of the landscape of Northwestern Ohio. He lives in Farmington, Connecticut.
