Steel Arch 4

This piece is a continuation in Ken Thompson's series of arch ways that have been completed in various materials. Steel Arch 4 was commissioned as a site specific, one year loan for the Dogwood Arts Festival in the City of Knoxville, TN.

 

Corpus Christi University Parish

Ken Thompson has been commissioned to create a 'site-specific' sculpture and plaza to engage and honor the parish's alumni of the University of Toledo in Toledo, Ohio.

St. Mary's of Monroe (Michigan)

Sculptor Ken Thompson was sought to retro-fit the baptismal font and to create a new tabernacle table for St. Mary's Church.

University of Akron

Flatlanders is restoring the sound sculptures created by artist Harry Bertoia for the University of Akron.

The Viking Project

Resident sculptor Ken Thompson has teamed up with portrait painter Leslie Adams to create a Viking theme sculpture for Jackson High School in Jackson, MI.

A Portrait in Bronze
The artist team of Leslie Adams and Ken Thompson were commissioned to create a portrait bust of retiring local banker David Hickman.

Canton Community Arch
The Canton Community Arch is located at the corner of Canton Center and Ford Roads in Canton, Michigan.

The Korean War Memorial
A memorial designed and constructed by Ken Thompson and Flatlanders with assistance from Design Memorial in Maumee, Ohio.
